Shipping and Delivery Policies:
1) You can place your order through our website, or by calling us toll-free at 877-595-6388.
2) We accept all major credit cards for payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. Wire transfers are also accepted for payment, as well as COD with a pre-paid deposit. Please call a salesperson for more details.
3) All orders are verified in order to prevent fraud, so please be sure to provide accurate billing information, as well as making sure that any alternate shipping information is listed with your card issuer.
4) Please note that we only accept USA-issued credit cards, and the card's billing address must be in the United States.
5) In order to verify the validity and/or availability of your order, we may contact you via email or telephone. Please be sure to include up-to-date contact information.
6) Orders are often processed in less than a day, but some orders may take longer based on verification or other issues. In the event you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by phone, since an email might not be viewed before an order is processed.
7) Please note that we are not responsible for typographical errors.
8) Quantities are limited, and on occaision an item listed may be backordered. In these cases, we will alert you via email.
9) Please note that prices can fluctuate, and we can only offer price protection up until an order is sent out.
Returns and Exchanges:
1) Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
2) All items returned must be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA, please call our returns department at 877-595-6388.
3) All returns must be in original condition, with all original manufacturer's packaging intact and unmarked. This includes manuals, boxes, bags, cables, and other related accessories. We cannot accept returns if the boxes or manuals have been written on or defaced, if packaging or original components are missing, if the product has been marked or damaged in any way, or is a warranty card or rebate card has been filled out.
4) Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item with no restocking fee.
5) We recommend that you send pack returns via a shipper that provides a tracking number, and we recommend that your return be insured against loss or damage in transit.
